监控和管理相关文件、信息,确保公司政策、法规的及时更新,并得到充分执行;
4、Complete the payment statistical analysis of salaries, social insurance, provident funds within the specified time;
在规定时间内完成薪酬、社会保险和公积金支付以及统计分析工作;
任职资格:
1、Master''''''''s degree above, majoring in human resources related fields;
硕士及以上学历,人力资源相关专业;
2、Possess good learning ability, communication skills, logical thinking ability, as well as a strong sense of responsibility teamwork spirit;
具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力、逻辑思维能力,以及强烈的责任心和团队协作精神;
3、Proficient in using office software, passed CET - 4, have good oral English skills;
熟练应用office办公软件,通过CET - 4,有良好英语口语能力;
4、Priinternship experience in a similar position is preferred;
有类似岗位实习经验优先;
5、Able to withstcertain work pressure have a challenging spirit.
能够承受一定的工作压力,具有挑战精神。
